L’ANELLO DEL MONTE MILETO DEL MORRONE
Da Passo S. Leonardo percorreremo un anello che, fra andata e ritorno, si sviluppa per buona parte nel bosco, permettendo ai nostri sensi di godere di tutte le sfumature delle piante coi loro colori, odori e varietà, per vivere appieno la stagione autunnale.
Toccheremo poi la cima del Monte Mileto: dai suoi 1.920 m di altitudine, regna su ampi e aerei panorami, su cime e valli, fino al mare Adriatico.
Lungo il sentiero conosceremo alcune essenze arboree particolari, per approfondire gli aspetti suggestivi e davvero unici del mondo vegetale, spesso sottovalutato ma invece foriero di importanti informazioni sull’intelligenza delle piante. Fermarsi per conoscere i dettagli della vegetazione aiuta mente e corpo a rilassarsi in armonia con la natura.
