DAL BALZOLO DI PENNAPIEDIMONTE ALLA CASCATA DEL LINARO CON LE SUE BELLISSIME PISCINE
Un percorso per lo più facile con vista unica sul selvaggio vallone del fiume Avello, uno dei più incontaminati d’Abruzzo. E’ stato scavato nel tempo dal lavoro incessante del fiume, che con pazienza ha lavorato la roccia scolpendola. E proprio la roccia racconta la storia del posto, come anche le tradizioni (conosci le pile dell’olio?).
Arriveremo alla suggestiva cascata del Linaro, a cui fanno da cornice alcune pozze d’acqua fresca e cristallina.
Una immersione nel verde e nel silenzio, accompagnati solo dai suoni dell’acqua e degli uccelli, con la sensazione di essere in un posto davvero lontano dalle frenesie del quotidiano.
Consumeremo il pranzo al sacco durante l’itinerario.

Difficoltà Facile poiché si svolge quasi tutto su comoda carrareccia, eccetto un tratto di sentiero sdrucciolevole e umido in ripida discesa. Per questo si rendono necessarie le scarpe da escursionismo.
Costo 20 euro adulti e 10 euro bimbi dai 10 ai 14 anni gratuito per bimbi di 8 e 9 anni.
ATTREZZATURA NECESSARIA: Zainetto per portare il necessario, scarponcini da montagna che proteggano anche le caviglie, bastoncini da trekking se abituati all’uso, abbigliamento a strati, pile, k-way/giacca antivento, panino/snack/quanto abituati a mangiare in montagna. Importanti cappellino e crema solare e almeno 1,5 lt di acqua a persona.
